No! Though we call Salem home, our group is open to women, women-identifying, and nonbinary individuals from around Salem. We also hope to offer some events online in the future.

Yes – our annual membership fee is $50, which helps make it possible for us to create the events, workshops, and community resources our members enjoy year-round. This includes at least 12 main meetups per year, plus several smaller gatherings and special events.

Yes! Guests are welcome to join us for a $10 drop-in fee to see what the Sisterhood is all about – it’s the perfect way to get a feel for our community before committing to a membership. If you enjoy the experience, you can become a member at the event or sign up online afterward.

Our meetups are a chance to connect and build community. Most begin with an hour of open social time – you’re welcome to bring business cards for networking or to leave on our business card table (any cards not picked up will be put out again at future meetings). After networking, we move into the program for the evening, which may include wellness gatherings, business topics, women’s health discussions, holiday celebrations, guest speakers, workshops, or other activities. Whenever possible, we’ll start the programming part of the meeting by having a few attendees introduce themselves. Every meetup is created to uplift, empower, and celebrate women. That said, if you prefer to stay in the social area and hang out during the program for the evening, that’s always an option.

No – just bring yourself, an open mind, and an open heart. If you’d like, you can bring along some business cards for our shared card table – but we will take care of everything else.

Absolutely! We’d love for you to bring friends – just RSVP in advance so we can plan seating and space accordingly. Non-members can attend for a $10 drop-in fee per person.
