Community & Connection
Monthly Gatherings: Enjoy free access to monthly meetups, as well as smaller gatherings, special events, workshops, and celebrations — all included with your membership.
Welcoming Network: Connect with women, nonbinary, and gender-expansive individuals from all walks of life — entrepreneurs, artists, educators, healers, community leaders, and more. Each meetup begins with time for casual socializing, followed by engaging programming that fosters genuine connection.
Members-Only Facebook Group: Stay connected between gatherings through our private Facebook group – a lively, supportive space for networking, collaboration, sharing resources, asking questions, celebrating wins, and building relationships beyond in-person events.
Member-Led Mini Events: Have an idea for something new? Members are encouraged to organize their own smaller gatherings, like book clubs, yoga sessions, craft nights, or other interest-based meetups.

Exclusive Invitations: Members receive access to select invitation-only events at the Peabody Essex Museum (PEM).
Community Presence & Civic Celebration: Members have the opportunity to march and participate together in beloved local events and parades — including the Haunted Happenings Grand Parade, the North Shore Pride Parade, and the Salem 400+ Heritage Days Parade — showing up as a unified, visible presence at Salem’s civic and community celebrations.
